All,

With regard to the recent open market purchases by some IDX insiders - help me out please, because I am not sure how to interpret what I am looking at. Specifically, I am looking at the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders pamphlet dated 9/24/97 which was included with the 1997 Annual Report.

Looking at the ownership of these guys it says:

---------------------------Number of Shares
---------------------------Beneficially
---------------------------Owned

Randall Hawkes........... 87,500 - Includes 87,500 shares issuable upon exercise of options

Fred U. Sutter.............. 67,500 - Includes 40,000 shares issuable upon exercise of a warrant and 27,500 shares issuable upon exercise of options.

Patrick H. Morton....... 65,820 - Includes 27,500 shares issuable upon exercise of options.

According to the Yahoo site
biz.yahoo.com
none of these insiders has exercised any options since the Annual Report came out. So, just how many shares does Hawks really own now? Is it 92,500 shares? And what about Fred Sutter? Does he now own 85,900 shares? And Patrick Morton? Does he now own 75,820?

Thanks for any help and clarification you can give.

And finally, if these guys were buying at about $7.90 per share do you think they are buying more right now, today, this minute at about $6.10????

Rick
