Looks like now is a good time to get out. I just spoke to IR and this deal is to be done "by the end of the summer" (Which means that is when you get your money) The stock will be traded until then. You be the judge if it is worth the qtr point. They sounded as bummed out about this was we do...it was not something the company was looking to do and they did not know the logic behind the move.
