His company manufacturers high-end ballistic protective equipment for law enforcement, the military and the security industry. For fiscal 1997, GRDN reported sales of $1.15 mln, compared to 1996 sales of $1.476 mln. Volume 165K. Intraday range 2 11/16 to 3 1/4.
