OK-- I just got off the phone with the Nevada Sec. of State's office (702-687-5203) and this is the deal: - A name change is only an Amendment to corporate papers-- easy to do. - To change officers there has to be a total re-doing of papers-- takes a long time and it is usually done with annual report. So, I do not think Christensen is still involved. Uselton told me he (JC) was NOT and officer or board member. The annual report is not filed yet so the officer changes have not been updated... I am buying MORE.........
