Quit taking the heat from this Gary! I don't know how many times it was stressed that one is responsible for their actions, that means if they couldn't do the research, then hire some one who could offer a proper opinion so they could make an informed decision. The fact that all the facts were not apparent is where the risk is, and if that is not good enough, than go buy a mutual fund. Can't be any clearer than that. That does not mean that we have to roll over and take this crap, Re-focus and see how we can combine our efforts to go forward. I am forever grateful the role that you have taken doing the damage control on our behalf. I have spoken to some of the concerned parties in the company and it appears they taking the proper steps to get this cleaned up. Will I sit by and just wait for them to tell me how things are going , NOT ! A little more time and a few more answers and hard work will get this straightened out.
