the dilution clause in the jv agreement, i.e how long
does KRT have to come up with the money before their
position in the FALC project is diluted down.

You better get some more posts in Miles, there are not many
shopping days left 'til Christmas, I mean that 30 day call
period. Does anyone know if THEY have called for the money
Miles was talking about. If THEY have not called for the
money my calculation based on your numbers would show me as
having won our bet in seven days!!!
