Are the sales listed on the insider Yahoo page sales or just SEC filings. As SEC filings they are just technicalities more or less from what I've heard on this thread. I got the impression that many insiders file these SEC forms all the time just to have the option to sell should there arise some reason to sell. Is this not true guys? Later, Ed
