BASEA, which has discounted converts, has news that probably won't help the stock. It will be interesting to see if this shakes it loose from 5 1/32, where it's been stuck for a long time.

Base Ten Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:BASEA) announced Wednesday that
the company had begun implementation of a plan to adjust its
headcount and expense base downward by about 20%.
Approximately 40 positions are being eliminated, about 30 at Base
Ten's Trenton headquarters and the remaining in locations around the
world. The plan is being implemented in response to higher than
originally expected costs for completion of product development and
slower than expected sales due to late product delivery.
