No, they don't have to sell the stock. I wouldn't. My father used to work for Johnson and Johnson, and got stock as far back as 1952. Most coworkers sold their shares for better vacations and cars. He didn't. We've been grateful for that decision for a long time.

As to the puzzle, we are seeing increased volume and the price holding. That's much better than increased volume and the price dropping and probably better than low volume and the price holding. Basically, and especially with this company, we wait for earnings. TRMB is a bit too unpredictable.

By the way, someone recently posted (was it you?) that the capacity increase of 35% should show good returns in about six quarters. At the rate revenues are increasing, that capacity increase may not be enough. I hope TRMB can appropriately expand ahead of its orders so that we don't have a repeat of this problem next year. I think the company is learning from its mistakes, so I'm hopeful.
