Microsoft Investor has an article about IPOs today, and they say that venture capitalists do not like to hold too long after an IPO.

A month or two back I posted the holdings of large insiders, who were mostly venture capitalists (I regard IBM's investment in ODIS as a venture capital play). From memory, these venture capitalists had something like 40% of the issued shares. I think one or more of them is still selling down. They might continue selling until their holding is gone - who knows?

If you'd like to post the pending insider sales on this thread, I'm sure everyone would be interested.
