And you wonder why I was cautioning you on our remarks, Aleta? Though she may be a better ballplayer, it looks to me like she's part of the first wave of bottom fishers that'll be coming around to check out the pond.

For a company with such bright technology, management and clientele, you have to admit: It's really sad it has to be fed to the bottomfishers.

If it keeps getting this bad, I'm moving for a lawsuit against Wired and SD.

Actually, maybe we should, all across the nation (how many Zulu holders were there when Wired's issue hit--6,000?), file a small claims case against Wired and Stock Detective. Make their lawyers enter every single court room in and out of the country. Rather than pay the high price of lawyers they might think it's prudent enough to settle out of court.

Let's see, with a $1500 average limit for settlements, times Wired and times Stock Detective that's $3,000. Heck, if I did that, I'd only lose $1000. Plus, I'd still have my holdings in Zulu in case it really does make it big. Anyone care to join? I've never heard of a class action small claims case before. But if any such case ever deserves to be considered, it's ours.
