Vegas ... we all have bad looking portfolios right now. We have not lost till we sell and I am not selling. I have not sold one share and I have been accumulating from $4.75 to $23.00 back to $3.00 ... The DF-144, John SPriggs and Arcon Energy is not longer part of MIDL so anything about it is a mute point. MIDL is doing what it has to do to get the mess clean up. They are expediously moving forward to corrrect all this and get a corporation in this corporate shell. Now I do not know what more they can do then that. Everyone and I mean everyone has got a loss in their portfolio. MIDL is trying to do all they can to resolve this mess and do it quickly. There is suppose to be an 8K coming on Edgars but I have not seen it yet though I am awaiting it. JUst trying to keep the facts straight ... GB
