Paul: Your concern is also my concern; although I trust that the decision makers at Ericsson will not act in a rash or unsound manner. One of the worst things that could happen would be for panic to set in with a "grab anything you can" attitude. Ericy has shown their acquisitions to be well thought out in the past, IMO. I'm betting they'll come through looking good, again, with whatever their decision is. There does seem to be a general feeling of "panic" in the air within the industry, however. ...Tim
