Re: Class Action Lawsuit against the MM's. I received in the mail last night notification that I am included in the class action lawsuit against the MM's. If any of you have traded OTC stocks for any length of time you will also be included. If you take the time to read through the suit you will see just how manipulative they have been and continue to be. It's interesting to note that some of the MM's named in that suit are MM's on SGNC. The MM's really do not care about making a two sided market, they're strictly there to make money for themselves and they do not care about you as an investor.They will continue to try every trick in the book. They know that they will still make more money than they will have to pay back even if they are caught. Trading in small stocks is not for the faint of heart. Gwolf
