It wasn't just GTW. It was DELL and CPQ too. Merrill Lynch downgraded HWP both short term and long term. HWP becomes a buy at support of next trading range. Buy HWP at $55 now--that's what ML's clients will be doing. Well at least they'll start now and finish up at around $55 before HWP goes higher. That's how the game is played. Unfortunately it affects a lot of other stocks in the process. Most companies at least have the decency to put out news before or after the closing bell. Analysts should do the same thing.
