Philip, Yesterday, in your messages 847 and 856, you said you would review the matters under discussion and respond. However, in your post no. 866 earlier this morning you seemed to imply that no further response from you would be forthcoming, even though you failed to reply to many of the questions I had asked you, including whether or not you preferred that I close my account with your company. Do you intend to reply further, or have you chosen not to answer the questions I asked you? Let me close this by saying how incredibly regretful I am that things have deteriorated to this point and how sorry I am that so much time and energy has been devoted to this matter. Notwithstanding all that has been said, let me say that I have always liked your software and I wish you and your company well. Bill
