Sunny, We as an industry have survived numerous downturns- this one s not as bad as the 1986-7 downturn as gas prices has stayed high and oil is only down to around $11.50/bbl spot price WTI crude I believe.

My guess is that the pace of acquisitions will increase here in both the energy and oilfield service industry, since most internal forecasts inthe industry are positive moving ahead...
