All, a Dow Jones story: SANTA CLARA, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Bay Netorks Inc. (BAY) and Unique Broadband Systems Inc. agreed to provide an interoperable high-speed data access solution using Bay Networks cable modems and Unique Broadband wireless technology. Terms of the agreement weren't disclosed. In a press release Wednesday, Bay Networks said the product, which is available now, can be integrated into the local multipoint distribution service/local multipoint communication service carrier networks to enable high-speed wireless remote access services. Bay Networks researches, develops and supplies networking hardware.
