Like Wired, all we have to do is make a claim in the court. However many court rooms times however many investors could make life very uncomfortable for Wired, just as Wired made life very uncomfortable for all of us who desire to be pulled from the lifeboats.

Maybe if 1000 thousand of us do file a small claim against Wired, Hayton would provide a deposition statement. I'm not yet convinced that he hasn't or doesn't plan on doing anything about what I read about him. What was said was most unkind. And it affected my investment. I'm not a happy camper.
