Revenues up 26% at the current dismal Asia storm is encouraging.

There is one thing I did not like about the earning report ...

"Overall license and other related revenue in the fourth quarter grew by 10 percent year-over-year reflecting continued demand for Oracle's core products in the fourth fiscal quarter. In particular, database in the Americas increased 24 percent, leading overall license performance."

10% overall license growth is not great, but it beats the estimate. But where is application in all of this? Does that imply application license growth is less than 24%? not very good if that is the case ...

cautiously optimistic ...
