The one thing that would immediately help this stock recover is..........the resignation of Leland Wilson. This is an absolute must.....tomorrow morning would be fine, no perfect. I know this sounds cold but he must go for us and this company to survive. I suggest we all e-mail and demand this to the board of directors

Some big money are betting that they wont. Heck if I saw even a small short covering I would feel confident about it. Like WDC which everyone comes right out and says is going out of business is UP. I sure hope the FDA approval comes in the next few days or we can see sub 5. Bet on it..

gw, If there is a problem with FDA approval then Vivus would be on record as lying to the shareholders. Based on the past lawsuit, I doubt they would attempt to deceive anybody. They know they have to be more than honest now. I don't know how low the mms are going to drop us but they have about 2 more days to butcher us--if script data goes up on Monday that will be one plus. Plant approval can come at anytime including tomorrow but I am not holding my breath for tomorrow.
