I called EFCX's public relations today and they didn't hear of the news themselves, so I'm really not sure what's going on yet. My only hope regarding this news is that it was informally leaked and a formal announcement will be made soon (hopefully tomorrow). The PR firm said that they, and not EFCX themselves, are in charge of disseminating all info on the co. to the press and they would know of any deals made regarding EFCX. I first heard the info this morning and looked all day for some kind of confirmation to no avail. GE's page has nothing and neither did EFCX's, so I'm left to wonder. If the news is not real we'll all find out pretty soon....... when the stock falls back to the 4-5 range. I sincerely hope this won't be the case!!! As always, I'll continue to relay any info I get my hands on. Good Luck All, Jon
