Mike, Thanks for the kind words. I got two calls from Rene yesterday (from Paris, I believe). On the first call, he told me that to provide a sample of the animal feed would constitute a breach of the contract with Miracle Feed. He went on to say that the agreement is structured as follows: Miracle Feed will guarantee a minimum price of $140 a ton for the end product, regardless of the normal variability in quality. For anything over $140 a ton, TTRIF receives 80% and Miracle Feed keeps 20%. For example, if the animal feed were to command an actual $250 a ton market price, TTRIF would get $228 a ton and Miracle Feed would get the remaining $22 a ton. On the second call, Rene offered a news release (by Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning) which would contain all analytical data gathered to date on the end product. He maintained that this information would constitute the same independent verification that I was seeking. He said he had no problem releasing this information, but providing a sample would constitute the aforementioned breach of contract with Miracle Feed. I later got a call from John Holley, who told me that Rene had called him after Rene had phoned me the second time. He said that Rene agreed to call Miracle Feed on Monday to see if Miracle Feed had a problem with providing a sample to Auburn University (and Texas A&M, if that school is so inclined) for analysis. To all, please let Rene know, via this forum, how you feel on this issue. I and my wife are about to leave for a wedding in New Orleans- time to have some FUN! I will be back on Sunday and I doubt I'll be posting until then. Everyone take care! Regards, David Pickering Mike, I see you also follow TRBDF- me too! Exciting company with fantastic potential, much like TTRIF.
