Lets see now; as I understand it I will receive 1 share of "A" preferred stock in African Resources Inc. for every share of common stock I now hold in Alpha Diamond Corp. as a dividend after the ex-dividend date. Then as I understand it my common shares in Alpha Diamond Corp. will be converted to "B" common shares of African Resources Inc..
If this is correct, all I have to say is WOW!

Here is how I see this dividend and new stock situation:

We with Alpha Diamond shares, will be given one share of the A/RES =common B shares for the old A/Diamond shares.

We shareholders of record, will receive one share of the class A preferred for each share of the old A/Diamond shares. These shares will receive a cash dividend of 3% of the net revenue on an annual basis, (only when there are earnings and it is not cumulative).

Now the class A common will be more than likely sold to raise working capital as well as the class B preferred (which has a 5% cash dividend attached to these shares).

So in effect, we have a stock dividend (instant profits as soon as they start trading) and those shares can provide us with a quarterly income stream in the form of a cash dividend.

As you know, this will have some dilution in the share value of the common.
