Ariella, I heard that a couple of people made a ton of money by exercising their $2 TDFX options for $22 as well as some that bought at the IPO $8 sold at 22. One of them was going to build a nice mansion over the Pacific coastline in CA on top of the hill. ( Asking price $25 mill, reduced to 20 after intense bargaining ); furnishings not included .Allegedly he was tired of living in the apartment he'd rented while going through Stanford Univ for his MS Computer Sciences and said " I can afford to get out of this dump now and move up " are said to be his last words. ( Incidentally these happened to be the exact same words that Marc Andriessen - of Netscape founder fame- pronounced as he got on his Toyota,, out of HIS alleged "dump", after the Netscape IPO in 95 ). Another guy felt the same way but bought a yacht instead ( $ 8 mill ) and plans to live there part time. HIS last words were " I am cashing in guys "!! These are the only two I've heard off. However I must add that my source for this is not very trustworthy so I would take all this info with a grain of salt, and some suspicion,

TA

Ariella,

I believe Management sold stocks because they think the stock is
fairly valued at 20 USD and they don't expect the stock raising in the
near future.

Ongoing high insider selling proves that something is going on behind the curtain. We see this Insider selling now for some months!

If IR doesn't know what's going on, may be SEC knows!

Did anybody of this thread ever thought about contacting SEC?

Peter
