I am not privy to that information only everything is moving expediously along. They are cleaning up the shell, an 8K is being filed, the CUSIP is being looked into for the 3:2, etc. etc. etc. Midland is a clear shell at the moment and this stock structure is not going to sit here long vacant in my opinion and only mine. There is not industry, no product, no nothing ... only a shell with the rescinsion, and John Spriggs resigning. Simple as that. So they are clearing the way for another private corporation to save the cost of the IPO scenario (Lawyers, IPO fees, etc. etc. etc.) to come to get our investment some clout. This time however I do not think they are going to consider anything but what is in black and white. GB
