MACE is a solid little company - more views of today's news MACE took on the role of industry leadership to get pepper spray approved for, and kept it available for, over-the-counter sales in Calif and NY . I don't expect the investment presence of two experienced investors will cause these folks from Vermont to abandon their hard work values. The Navy contract news indicates this , nothing has changed for MACE , and they (Navy) still want to do business with MACE: biz.yahoo.com With the cash from the asset sale to AHI we can expect MACE to put it to work favorably for ALL the shareholders .
