Appears a means of financing feather bedding but to Joint Venture the CWA option is a bit off have they lost hopes even in this starvation time for junior mining, could be a way around some accounting or prelude to something ACE in the hole.

The date of the ICA release is Dec. 5 1997 prior to the CWA deal also
ICA does have small claims at 100%in the Harp Lake area, looking at them compared to the BR-E SVB-1 claim the size is quite the difference for Cartaway's claim near Donner and the north gabbro.
