You don't get it! The US publishes the patents whether or not the company wants them to (when they are granted!). You must still be in high school, I was wrong, I thought you were in JC.

Greg: As soon as a patent is approved the government publishes the patent in it's entirety.
Go to the site I gave you and you will see only about a 2 week delay in updating.
The whole idea of a patent is to have it written "tight" enough to protect your idea.

Once a patent is issued the info is in the public domain

I'm curious, if all these statements are lies why even bother refuting them? Get a lawyer and sue
