Can you PROOVE that the construction job was a scam so casey could skim money off the top!!!! This is one way to get them out of power. Do you know the laws about bidding for construction jobs in texas?

And if it was a scam...Why isn't barton telling anyone...why is he quiet? You would think he would be telling the world.
