Could you specify which "announcements" you are referring to and we can alleviate your concerns. Many of us are long time shareholders who have "heard it all" and checked out the real facts Anyone can contact the company (Pat Bryant- 1-888-SPD-REFR).

Hankuk's Glass of Korea is ramping up to commercialization and products are imminent. That announcement was made by HANKUK not REFR. The recent PUBLIC announcement by REFR that it will be delivering the SPD product to licensees reflects that we are on schedule and is the FIRST announcement of its kind!!! . It shows that we're FINALLY at the end of the long road to commercialization and none of us are giving up our tickets to opening night!.

Unfortunately you were misinformed and will miss out on a great opportunity. The long awaited commercialization of SPD is upon us and those of us who have done thorough research and spoken with numerous participants are confident that SPD products are coming to market. You should reconsider your decision.

Peter, you may also want to know that we have a very aggressive short position that even Rick Childers (who has a balanced view of the pros and cons) even admits are attacking the stock.

This post from the Yahoo thread sums up our reactions to the short sellers (Boy was I glad to see you weren't one! They don't have much credibility with us)

Well! Well! Well! So you want to know why you get "attacked" every time you show up here.

First of all, you are not who you claim to be, a "concerned" long shareholder. Talk about bashing, look what your long term, "concerned" shareholders did when the big news came out on June 11! Looked to me like a well organized ATTACK on the company. You have a negative agenda that dismisses any of the company press releases. If you really are a long shareholder, then sell your stock and quit bellyaching.

You guys scored a big hit here the last 3-4 days and obviously shaken a few shareholders on margin out of their positions. But, your negative posts are going to be met on this thread by the TRUTH.

Frankly, we are all tired of you tip-toeing out here on this thread under the guise of being a new long shareholder that, "...I just would like to know...etc." deceiving some new investor looking at this thread to see how his stock is doing, dragging up ancient history, attacking, YES ATTACKING, the credibility of the people who are running this company, when you and the rest of the negative posters on the thread have been posting inuendos, half-truths and outright lies to further your own gains. Therein lies the crux of why you and your short friends, (who never admit to being short), are being ASSAULTED with the truth.

Re timetables, I think all of the longshare holders in this company should take a gander at the post #67, (that is sixty-seven) on this board and click on to peter111's message. I think we need to look back at what was announced at that time by Mr. Saxe and see who's timetable is being followed.

Your comments regarding, "no products," are irrelevant, because if the licensees had a product, our shares would not be sold for $6-7 a share and you would be off picking the bones of another small cap company. The VALUE of THIS company is in its LEADERSHIP, patents and technology. Long shareholders are buying this stock for ANTICIPATED gains and those gains will probably be realized when a product is about to be announced by one of our licensees.

If you look at Mr. Saxe's agenda on message #67, I think you will see we have had a banner year. My money is on Mr. Saxe! He is going to make it happen. We have a gold mine here. Mr. Saxe certainly has a lot more CREDIBILITY and INTEGRITY than the shorts posting on this board. Shorty, if you think you are being attacked you are right! If the names fit, WEAR THEM!

ENJOY THE RIDE!!! >>
