Question for Datek or anyone
that knows the answer....

Today, ISLI was bought out at a
premium price. I was holding
a substantial number of shares,
some on margin. After the sale,
Datek listed the value to zero,
made it non-marginable, and sent
an email stating that my account
could be closed without further
notice.

Has this happened to anyone else?
Did anyone have their account closed
during the time the stock swap was
taking place?

I'm thinking this email was an automated
end of day batch process. But it would
truly "be bad" to lose everything on a
supposedly good thing.

Overnight fund request went through successfully today. The email I sent to fundsout@datek was replied to on the same day (wow!). Now if DHL arrives at my doorstep tomorrow morning, I'll be a happy camper.
