This is the only question I could find in Mark's post. Yes, I do have a problem with this. Until I can read the contract between all involved in chain of custody, LeDoux and Naxos, I will continue to have a problem with it.

BD did chain of custody for IPM, now IPM'ers are talking about a lawsuit against BD. On the other hand, if someone would be kind enough to explain the specific mineralogy involved, I could probably do without seeing the contracts. These are just my inclinations. Everyone has to do what they are comfortable with. After all, we are just discussing comfort levels here, aren't we?
