Bought more CCSC early today, but by the close, was having buyers remorse. The good deal (spread) got to good. With the divergence late in the price action, fairly heavy volume, and very wide discount to the .72 TLAB price, it now appears (speculating only) that the market thinks there is a problem with this deal (Government approval or less likely, a problem between Tellab and Coherent). Just like the case of OAOT where the stock had already declined to around $6.50 before any official negative news was announced, I'm concerned that unfavorable info.about the merger is spreading among big holders and the public may find out very late .All conjecture, but this definitely doesn't feel right. Sometimes the big guys move on rumors that are unfounded, but..
