RBM, The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. It states that the MM's have entered into a proposed settlement for approximately $1,027,000,000.00 before fees and expenses. The anticipated time of distribution is 1999. Everyone that receives the notification will be deemed to be a member of the class action suit, unless you exclude yourself pursuant to the instructions in the booklet. The suit includes 1,659 stocks that the MM's made a market in. This suit doesn't just involve the little guys, you'll recognize such names as Dean Witter,First Boston, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and so on. Remember those big names have the analyst that advise the world on what stocks to buy and sell and the media reports what they say. So this is not just a conspiracy by the MM's of low priced stocks.

The suit involves all of those BLOOD SUCKING WHORES.

I hope when their through with them they need a transfusion.
