FREMONT, Calif., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Human Pheromone Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: EROX - news; formerly EROX Corporation) announced today that it has agreed to settle a patent infringement lawsuit it has filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. While full terms of the settlement were not disclosed, the Company indicated that the products, Score for Him and Score for Her, will be liquidated under the terms of the agreement, and their distributor has stipulated to an injunction not to market, sell, advertise or distribute any product that infringes on the Company's patented human pheromone technology. William P. Horgan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Human Pheromone Sciences stated, ''while patent litigation can involve significant time and financial resources, the Company will aggressively defend its proprietary technology against all forms of infringement.'
