I hope this is correct....However, when I called the IR, he indicated, "he couldn't see how all this (financing) could be accomplished without some dilution"....although, he had no details on the specific financing terms.....Peace

John, Vincent, and all,

If you are going to throw terms around you MUST define your terms. I have already stated my position on dilution.

Please define: DILUTION.

After that, the discussion can ensue.

Dan Masters, President/CEO has told me that additional shares will be issued when these deals are consummated. There will be a complete explanation for the shares issued. Early this year, a 504 private placement was made -- no explanation need be provided except in audited statements but is not required to the shareholders for financing up to $1 million. Additional shares will likely be issued for some of the purchases and to the financing company -- I don't know the details and won't until they are published.

What I need as an investor is an EXPLANATION for all shares issued. Then I can judge how a company is being run. I understand that an explanation will be provided.

Personally companies can issue shares to increase the value of my own shares. This will happen.

"No dilution says IR" -- explain dilution!!
