Yes, it was Peugeot.

That was a migration contract. Migrating from legacy to client/server is more time consuming than a Y2k fix, generally, because it requires an entire procedural rework and retraining of personnel. As a solution to a company's Y2k problem, the window of oppurtunity for migration has closed for most large organizations. Their only hope now is to remediate their existing buggy legacy system, and then migrate later.

This is an integral part of TPI's strategy, to get the business now and later.
