Gary, I have not called You on the phone as I think You are probably tired of the Dang thing hanging on Your ear LOL, So I will say this here in public! Thank You!! You have helped stop a huge problem before it got out of control. If there is anyone I would trust to give unbiased information it is You. You have never hyped this stock, Only posted information as You got it. You have always openly told the thread not to buy based on what You say or do! Anybody who has must look at themselves in the mirror. I have not sold one share of this as I believe that this will be behind us and this Shell will again be on it's way to bigger and better things. Gary...Everyone... Just a thought.... Since we are back to the shell stage again no assets..no office..etc. Why don't we ie those of us that own the stock pick the next business to merge with MIDL..... Seems to me we could at least come up with something more viable than the present group has...hell by my count they've had 4 cracks at putting something real in this shell and have completely bothched everything to date On top of the complete lack of business acumen they still haven't figured out how to split the preferred nor exercise warrants.. I SAY FOUR STRIKES AND YOUR OUT>>>> TIME FOR A COUP D'ETE ... Jim in CT...bought midlp @ 2 3/4 today.

Gary you are talking like there is no chance that DF-144 will ever come into play again. Is this the impression you have? Andy
