Thanks Tor... Never have spoken to ATYR management... All I know about the company is what I have read on this thread...:-)...And as for the other one, I loaded up with a few more today...Couldn't resist the bottom fish opportunity even though I hate bottom feeding suckers...Personally prefer Salmon and Rainbows ...<ggg>...ed

ATYR reference material

I did some more research today and found the following information
on the web that may be of interest to American Tire followers:

1. Reference and Investment info
americantireco.com - ATYRs home page... could be much improved.
prnews.marketguide.com - Profile of ATYR
cgi.marketguide.com - comparison of many tire companies,
including ATYR
rubbernews.com - Industry trade pub. ATYR appeared there a few times
last year around the time when CEO Steinke chaired a Symposium, but I can't find
any sign of them now.

2. Competitors.
kiktire.com - Kik Tire: Airless microcellular polyurethane tire
in the US and Canada (discussed previously on this thread)
greentyre.com - Greentyre Ltd: Airless microcellular polyurethane tire
in the UK and US
biketires.com - Nu-Teck Corp: located in Colorado; web site currently
being revamped. Widely markets airless urethane bicycle tires through bicycle
retailers.
Krypton Industries Ltd - Calcutta, India - microcellular polyurethane bicycle/wheelchair
tires. They also seem to be affiliated with a Canadian company called PolyAir
Tires, but I could not find any detailed information on them.

3. Misc
panaracer.com - Panaracer: they have a urethane bicycle innertube
called GreenLite.
Kryptonics - US company that makes clear urethane skate wheels
