I have to tell you, its not necessarily a "target price" but more of a feeling that the stock has settled down and hit near the low. When I see volume settle down, the price steady, and near product rollout or positive earnings coming, then I will be ready.

Often-times I am off my mark and the stock goes up and I miss out. Well that's O.K., you can't win them all and there are plenty of other stocks to track.
