Re: Crashing the Violator's Ball, Are We?

Here's what Dow Jones had to say...Copyright (c) 1998 Dow Jones & Company, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

Which part of the verbiage after the ellipses do you and Henry not understand? In the process of feeding your insatiable (and inexplicable) desire to mock Niman, you have joined him in engaging in copyright infringement.

I won't say I couldn't care less, but you may both rest assured that I don't care enough to bring this to the attention of the copyright holders or SI's proprietors.

I am surprised Henry hasn't been given the big Red Card on this matter.

<Under FDA procedures, the review clock is suspended upon issuance of the review letter and is not reactivated until Seragen addresses all deficiencies.>

Doesn't appear to be much time left on the clock once it is reactivated.
