I am reading about WWII and the advance the Germans attempted into England. Hitler's troops had blitzed through most of Europe in less than a year. When they attacked Great Britian she was unprepared and at a military disadvantage. Germany's air superiority was overwhelming. Nevertheless, the RAF (Royal Air Force) had survived the tremendous odds against them. It was such a remarkable achievement that Churchill was quoted with the following, " Never before in the history of a nation has so much been owed by so many to so few."

Great quote!
