CVIA Shareholders: I have prepared another letter which is being sent to the SEC, NASDR, my State Attorney General's Office, my Senators and Congressman in Washington, DC, as well as the various news organizations currently working on the CVIA story.

I am Faxing, Emailing, and regular mailing the letter (via registered mail, return receipt requested), to my representatives. Anybody interested in a copy this letter for their own use to contact their own representatives, in an effort to keep the pressure on SEC to take action, please Email me your request at bobhil@ameritech.net.

My favorite internet sites:

SEC Division of Enforcement
Enforcement Complaint Center
Mail Stop 8-4
450 Fifth Street, N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20549

1-800-SEC-0330

(202) 942-9618 - Fax Number

enforcement@sec.gov - Email

As you can see, CVIA's CEO is now attempting to threaten and intimidate Shareholders via messages sent to SI. This message should be included along with any messages you may send to your representatives and the SEC.

It is very important that people get their share counts to Mr. Powell at: counsel@horizon.hit.net

AND

Shareholders need to continue to send complaints to the SEC and their governmental representatives.
