Why ask what other people think MTEI paid and how they intend to pay? Speculation doesn't help anyone. Either wait for MTEI to explain it or call them and see what they say.

"That point is called the time value of money. You don't get the $25 million today, you have to build a company over time which hopefully will get you that $25 million." I agree, I thought that was what investing in a company was all about. We are talking a BB stock at .42, at this price there is no today, it is all about tomorrow and believing/hoping that the company you invest in from a startup goes the right direction. Your points and post are valid, but you can use that paper philosophy and dissect many other stocks and you will get the same result "over valued". MTEI is a startup, it's only .42, I'm not betting my house, but I invest cautiously in this stock. I have not seen nor felt I'm being fooled by this company. I believe more acquisitions are in the near future. The current 10,600 acres is not what I invest in, but acquiring and building for a solid future is. LionHeart
