You hit the nail right on the head. Who cares about the stock structure with that apparently inept MIDL BOD still sitting there. They have given themselves so many black eyes that I doubt any company coming in will help this stock at this point.

Lesson learned: Also DD the BOD of companies.

Bob West field was part of Arcon.

Americas Coffee Cup (failed coffee business) was the business when this company had it's IPO (initial public offering). I guess you could count that if you were a shareholder back then.

The only thing remaining from that is the Midland shell. Some shells are created to be just that 'shells', but the majority were once from companies that business failed, forced into bankrupcty, lots of debt, debt gets eliminated/discharged, and all that is left is a shell.

If you've got any ideas for canidates for the filling, speak out. Depends on what the other 2 deals that MIDL had on the table. Proceed with the best out of all that are submitted.
