Tim A., you just asked the $64 billion dollar question my man. Check out VLSI's website. Obviously I don't have a clue. What we got is the old Mexican Stand-Off: Ericy, VLSI and god knows who else says they can "do" WCDMA without the Q. The Q says "no way jose'". The courts will figure it out. This is one risky mother and makes the bat wing law suit look like child's play. Clearly, I think the Q's IPR's are very, very solid or I wouldn't own the damn thing. But who the hell knows what a jury will do? Sorry not to be more helpful. Mike Doyle
