Does anyone one have a estimate on how many P are in the float.Seems to me Fisher was probably selling the day after the dividend release. No wonder he was so generous!

Jim,
What suggestions do you have for another Co for MIDL to merge with? I think the internet businesses are doing well and would be the way to go.

Gary Lutz, You're correct, I did not speak to the dilution issue.I was figuring (assuming) that the stock price once diluted after the 10/1/98 conversion would be at it's current level of 3/8. That, with a buy of x-P @ $4.5 tomorrow would mean that I could conceivably break even on my total investment..Of course we all know that the C's will be much higher after dilution come Oct, (star light... star bright....).
