We are expecting GLOW to release their financials for FY1997 and Q1 and Q2 of FY1998 in July. Although .25-.32 eps is expected that will not be included in the July report, however it is expected to be included in the FY1998 report next year. We are also awaiting fully reporting status, upon the completion of an audit which will be in mid July and an update on several pending aquisitions. For the long term we are waiting for NASDAQ listing.
