Well, Rome wasn't built in a day! Ever hear the one about the contractor that was looking over the plans with the Roman Rulers? The contractor tells them "If it wasn't for the unions, permits, inspections, ect. We would have it built in a day!" It may be that long before we actually hit that target, but there are other good things that will come our way in the mean time. JMHO Happy investing! KZAP

I was hoping September. An extra two months Richard? Very confusing, this stock confuses me to no end. They focus on finding the right company, find one in April. Now, I did learn they need the financials included with the proxies to be sent to us. They got nine months done and a bookkeeper could get the last quarter done in two weeks(after all--it's all Ad Hatters). They could send the proxies out with FY financials to the shareholders by next week! Add 30 days to vote plus submission time to SEC. At least they could announce merger finalized subject to SEC approval by August!! If this is five months are we talking all the time to do the above plus cross EVERY T and dot EVERY I?? November?? For God's sake, this isn't World Comm buying MCI is it? TG
